# Account Management

How to log in to Palliora and view your account, with either a wallet or an email address.

1. **Open the Palliora Explorer.** Go to [manas.palliora.org](https://manas.palliora.org/).
2. **Connect your account.** Click **Connect wallet**. A pop-up opens with two options: Wallet or Email.
3. **Connect using a wallet (MetaMask).**
   * Make sure MetaMask is installed in your browser.
   * Select the wallet option, then click **Connect wallet**.
   * Confirm the connection in MetaMask.
   * You're logged in once confirmed.
4. **Connect using an email address.**
   * Click **Login with email**.
   * Enter your email address, then click **Login / Sign up**.
   * Enter the code sent to your email.
   * You're logged in once the code is accepted.
5. **View your account details.** After logging in, your balance appears in the bottom-left corner. Click your address to see a pop-up showing your Palliora address and your Ethereum address.
